Before their move to Colorado, Sandy & Meg had a nice, very personal wedding in a historic house at Look Memorial Park in Northampton, MA. In peak cherry blossom season, the crisp warm air of the Berkshires made their wedding a dream.
My first wedding of the year was Thea & Kevin’s, at a snowy Willowdale Estate in Topsfield, MA. It was March, but still very frozen, and we still found colors that pop and sun to shine through.
2017 had no shortage of engaged couples! Here’s to everyone who ventured out with me and got out of their comfort zones.
This New Year’s Eve was the coldest I’ve ever been. With temps in the very single digits, it was tough getting outside for even a few photos. We made it happen, and celebrated at the State Room all the way until the fireworks over the harbor, which we had the best view in the city for!
A rare high school friend reached out and I was so glad to be able to capture their small, intimate ceremony in Waltham, and a dinner reception at Moody’s restaurant.
Liz & Mike are bike and car lovers who had their amazing celebration at the Larz Anderson Auto Museum on a hill in Brookline, MA. A beautiful fall outdoor ceremony was followed by incredible food, famous cars, and exploring old structures around the park.
I photographed Haritha & Matt’s Indian & Chinese wedding with my good friend Yuri Vaysgant. It began at the penthouse of the Park Plaza Hotel at 6:30am, and progressed to the Benjamin Franklin Institute for the rest of the day. We had fun, despite the ten (or more?) hours.
Rachel & Matt had an elegant, low-key celebration at Roger Williams Park in Providence, RI- at the historic Casino house.
Britt & Pat are two music-loving individuals who wanted to have a fun, casual wedding at the rustic Blissful Meadows in Uxbridge MA. Sandals, floral ties, records, and hours of dancing to pop-punk throwbacks.
Mia & Nick love golf, & got married at their favorite course overlooking the city of Boston. Granite Links Golf Club in Quincy made an excellent backdrop for their celebration, as well as briefly accommodating their dog just in time for some photos!
